02/09 Premier Manufacturing wanted this store room door cut in half. I added a Hinge, latch and board on top of bottom door. $175.00

Berthoud Old door on left New door on right I gel stained the new door. Hung storm door Not pictured total cost $450.00

Old Door Left New door Right The 5 pictures show a closet door in an old house, the walls where lath and plaster. I changed the opening to 48" and added the bi-fold doors. I also had to repair the floor where the old wall was by adding some oak planks the customer had. Customer had the door. Misc. Materials and labor came to $525.00

I gel stained the door in the customers garage, few days later installed the new door. Door came from Budget Home Centers in Longmont.
