| July 29th Longmont These roof vents needed the screens replaced. Small birds had damaged the old screens I removed each vent cap. |

| This is the fun part about being a handyman. Budget Home Centers ( Vernetta ) had me stop by to see this customer. The lady of the house was elderly and could no longer step over the tub to take a shower, and did not have the funds for a tub remodel into a walk in shower. So... Desperate to be able to stay in her home. I removed the shower door Cut the side of the tub out Added concrete mortar Hung a shower curtain This is not my normal way I do work, but she needed help to stay in her home of 30 years |
| Sept/ Oct. 2011 Converted a master bathroom into a wheel chair / handicap bathroom. The floor is slopped to keep the water in the shower. I forgot to get before pictures. New vanity, counter top, toilet, grab bars, paint, lighting New tile on walls and floor. |
| Oct. 2011 6 new windows installed Added new trim around each window. |
| November 2011 Added two new vessel sink, drilled holes in the Granite Counter top, hooked up all the plumbing in the cabinets. 3 hours, labor was $180.00 |
