It's hard for me to keep it organized
2008 job in Boulder.
It's an attached green house.
All the metal racks above are coming out. I'm building solid structure plant
stands and laying 6" tile on the walls and all the new plant stands / bench's
I will add new finished pictures below.
This is about a 5 or 6 weeks project.

I put some metal hand rails up on a Duplex
$400.00 for labor and Materials.
2007
Window well cover I built. It's made out treated lumber.
You can walk on it. I do not recommend this for a fast exit from the
basement, it's weighs 200 lbs, it might weigh under 150 after the lumber
dries out.
Materials alone cost $150.00, one hour to build.
2007
This house is in North Longmont.
Added new railing.
Added up by the door and down below.
Took 4 hours to build both, prime and
paint.
Cost $400.00 in labor and materials.

This is a Master bedroom in a House in Summerset / Niwot.
This opening goes into a sitting area they wanted closed off.
I'm standing in the master bedroom
There is a door to the haulway, they turned it into a small bedroom.
Same bedroom as above, they wanted a door going to the Master
Bedroom. We will put a window above the door someday.
I reused the old door jam and trim from the wall opening I closed in to
frame out this new door.
Same house as above. They wanted
an attic access door put in a walk in
closet.

I completed all three projects in 2 days.
Materials and labor came to $1150.00

Below pictures is what the new stands look like half way threw.
I've built the wood structure, added water proof board.
I still need to add tile to the stands and walls.
The area under the stands is all sand to hold humidity /
moisture. I also designed a way to get under the plant stands
for maintenance.  Notice in the center picture, the back of the
shelve comes off.

This deck is in Westminster.
It was a remodel. The customer removed
the redwood decking.
I put on the Trex decking, skirting and
Railing.
Cost $1300.00 in Labor.
On 08/31/08 I was At Honda of Longmont
This is one of there wash bay walls.
Water got behind the wall and did some damage.
put new fiberglass sheets up.
Materials and labor came to $950.00
10/08
This was a deck remodel out of town.
The frame was not touched
New composite material
$4900 labor and materials.
Size was about 25' long x 11' wide
2008
This Job was in Erie.
Commercial office space. They needed a Conference room. So I built a wall, filled
in a door way, added a door.  I did some other misc. things in another room.
Materials came to $980.00, Labor was $2000.00
Finished in 5 days.
Fence repair on Nelson Road.
8 new post. hand dug 8 new holes
Put old wings back up.

Labor was $450.00
Customer purchased new 4x4x8 and concrete. I supplied the labor.
The Temperature in the morning was 7 above zero
Started at 8:00am, finished at 3:00pm
Did not stop for lunch.

I hung 6 of these at Premier Manufacturing.
I did not hook up the power or water.
Cost $600.00 to hang them.
$390.00 in labor, rest of the money was ceiling supports /
materials

ceiling repair, this is only one area
Upstairs unit cloths washer had a water
malfunction and got into the ceiling.
