| 12-14-07 This front porch is in Parker You can see the boards are bad. I sprinkler head was spraying on them. Replaced three 6 x 6 post under the deck. Replaced the main 16 x 1-1/2 stringer along the front. Had to jack up the porch due to it was pulling away from the roof about 2" Cost $560.00 Labor $450, $50 trip fee and $60 in materials. |
| 12/14/07 This above job was in Frisco. Had grout repair in a shower, Bi-pass door adjustment in a bedroom. One bedroom door would not latch. The above window had a crack in the lower sliding window. The G.F.I. for the Hot Tub needed replaced. Materials and labor $ 760.00 $450.00 for labor, $100.00 trip fee This was a condo. My customer who owns it lives in Niwot / Summerset |

| The wood floor got wet. It took me 8 hours just to removed the glued wood tiles from the concrete. |
| This is my year end / start of 2008 job in Boulder. It's an attached green house. All the metal racks are coming out. I'm building solid structure plant stands and laying 6" tile on the walls and all the new plant stands / bench's I will add new finished pictures later. This is about a 5 or 6 weeks project. See below new pictures half way threw project. |

| 2007 Window well cover I built. It's made out treated lumber. You can walk on it. I do not recommend this for a fast exit from the basement, it's weighs 200 lbs, it might weigh under 150 after the lumber dries out. Materials alone cost $150.00, one hour to build. |

| This is a Master bedroom in a House in Summerset / Niwot. This opening goes into a sitting area they wanted closed off. I'm standing in the master bedroom There is a door to the haulway, they turned it into a small bedroom. |
| Same bedroom as above, they wanted a door going to the Master Bedroom. We will put a window above the door someday. I reused the old door jam and trim from the wall opening I closed in to frame out this new door. |

| 01/04/08 Below pictures is what the new stands look like half way threw. I've built the wood structure, added water proof board. I still need to add tile to the stands and walls. The area under the stands is all sand to hold humidity / moisture. I also designed a way to get under the plant stands for maintenance. Notice in the center picture, the back comes off. |

| This deck is in Westminster. It was a remodel. The customer removed the redwood decking. I put on the Trex decking, skirting and Railing. Cost $1300.00 in Labor. |
| The 5 pictures show a closet door in an old house, the walls where lath and plaster. I changed the opening to 48" and added the bi-fold doors. I also had to repair the floor where the old wall was by adding some oak planks the customer had. Customer had the door. Misc. Materials and labor came to $525.00 |

| On 08/31/08 I was At Honda of Longmont This is one of there wash bay walls. Water got behind the wall and did some damage. I removed the old fiberglass panel. Added Durarock concrete board to the bottom, put new fiberglass sheets up. Materials and labor came to $950.00 |
