Free 8 hours per year to do general maintenance ( Handyman stuff ) around
your building.

This is a $475.00 gift / savings

6 bathrooms

floor, sweep and mop
toilets & urinals
sinks & counter tops.
Wipe down walls and baseboards as needed
sanitize door handles, toilet handles and faucet handles
clean mirrors , in customers bathrooms I hung automatic air
fresheners on the wall, so I check the cans and batteries.

Conference room

Vacuum carpet, clean chairs, dust table, wall hangings, and misc.
Furniture. Also clean the mini blinds once a month.

Employee Break Room
Sweep and mop floor.

Copier Room
Sweep and mop floor
Clean 4 table
Clean all counter tops
Clean refrigerator inside
Do dishes if any

Front " main " entry

Vacuum carpet, clean furniture, dust wall hangings, make sure no
dust or dirt are on window sills, dust front desk
Also vacuum carpet in hallway going to offices, about 75'
Also dust all wall hangings.
Sanitize all area's employees touch with there hands daily.
Clean front entry windows

Offices
Vacuum carpets
Dust mini blinds
Dust desk tops and misc.area's

Wednesday

I return to vacuum main entry, clean or dust if needed and clean
guest bathrooms.
Sanitize all handles, door knobs, coffee pot, microwave buttons,
sink handles, drinking fountain buttons and so an.

$600.00 per month plus cleaning materials
